  • Fabric: 100% cotton flannel (soft, breathable, removable)
  • Filling: 100% natural Canadian whole grain oats (non-GMO, gluten-free)
  • No synthetic fillers, gels, or added scents
  • Size: 20 inches × 5 inches (50 × 13 cm)
  • Weight: Approx. 800 grams (1.8 lbs)
  • One size fits all – flexible to mold around neck, shoulders, stomach, or joints
  • Removable cover: Machine wash cold, gentle cycle. Air dry or tumble dry low.
  • Inner oat bag: Do not wash or soak. Spot clean only with a damp cloth.
  • Store in a cool, dry place or sealed bag in freezer for freshness.
  • Heat therapy:Microwave the pad (with cover on) for up to 2 minutes. Shake gently and apply to target area.
  • Cold therapy:Place in a sealed plastic bag and freeze for at least 2–3 hours.
  • Always test temperature before placing on skin.

Happy with purchase

Great purchase! Moist heat is exceptionally good to aid in muscle pain. My physician told me to use this instead of electrical that provides dry heat. Definitely worth the price. Made in Canada makes it even better. You can say that it's hand made with love.

Filled with Whole Oats

Our company uses the whole oats containing all three parts of the grain - the germ, endosperm, and bran - which makes our heating pad much lighter than others while providing much better heat retention.

This filling has a great balance between being shapeable, with a bit of heft, and still being lightweight and comfortable.
