I was looking for a microwaveable heating/cooling pack. The fact that this is Canadian drew me to the site. The price was very reasonable for a handmade item. It arrived quickly, and works exactly as advertised. It is not too short (I was worried) and fits around my neck perfectly. I would definitely buy from them again!

I originally got one from a small market but unfortunately, it didn't last too long because my husband put it in the microwave for too long. However, since finding out that Harti actually has an online presence, I have bought 6 of these heat pads to use for myself, have a back up and gift to family and friends. The oats provide a cozy feeling and I love using it when I have aches and pain. It's a must have during the winter months where I put it on my shoulder while watching TV or working on my computer.

It doesn't matter what design you get, the heat pad is amazing. I have not used it as a cold pack so I have no idea how it works but I'm sure it's also great.

I purchased a Harti for myself over a year ago and loved it so much, I got another one for my elderly mom. She ended up loving its ease of use and beautiful patterns (Sunflowers) so much she asked me to order two more to give as gifts. The Sunny Skies Butterfly is perfect for my sister in law! We know she will get great use out to ease aches in her neck or cool headaches and migraines.

Thank you for making such beautiful products. We especially appreciate the natural fillings which are nontoxic. Our original bean bag had a weird filling which smelled bad after a while. These Hartis do not have this problem. Mine is used every day and I've had it longer than a year and I have no issues with smell.

I gave this bean bag to my teen daughter who has a beagle, so the pattern was very appropriate! It was a great success when she opened it up at Christmas.

Both my daughter and I enjoy the warmth the bag provides and appreciate its versatility to use cold during times of headaches or migraines.

Great product - as advertised. Keeps the heat and does the trick for tight neck muscles. Would highly recommend.

I purchased this for two reasons. First, as a write support because I type a lot and second because I can use it for my neck back or whenever I need heat. My only regret is I didn’t see the sale buy one get one 50% because I totally would have gotten 2.

These hot packs have very soft, brightly colored fabrics, they heat well and reasonably retain their warmth. Wonderful to warm you up and for aches and pains and strains :))

These microwaveable heating pads are ingenious. They were designed to help people sleep better at night, but I've found myself using them for so much more than that. I love that they're eco-friendly and made with non-toxic ingredients. I'll never go back to using store-bought heating pads again!

This small purchase has changed my life. I originally bought it for my gf, but after she left me... Well... What can I say... now her place in my bed is taken. Don't worry - be happy - make my mornings perfect and evenings even better!

This is the best heating pad I ever had. Size is perfect to my needs, very good quality, well made with extremely high quality materials. As a person who knows about fabrics and how to put pieces together this is almost perfection. Easy to get it warm in the microwave. If instructions are followed, it gets comfortably warm. Lasts a little more than half hour, perfect length of time to get healing relief. My doctor don't recommend to use heating pads over 20 minutes anyway, so it's exactly what I need. Almost forgot to mention the best part of it - the pattern - LOVE IT!!!

I love the pattern on this! I've been needing a heating pad for a while, and this one is awesome. You can put it in the microwave, and it's hot. You can put it in the freezer, and it's cold. It works well, it's comfortable, and it's super easy to change the shape of it, so that it fits over whatever you need it to fit. Definitely recommend!!
